Possible feat for war arc naruto??

Are the swirling clouds an effect of naruto creating the rasenshuriken??
Saw this arguments somewhere else and wanted to check its validity

Check to see if you can tell if the clouds were swirling before this scene
because if they weren't it could be a legit feat

It kinda does look like they are swirling like a typhoon but would help if we had other shoots of it.

If is legit, might be a great feat for whatever form naruto is at the moment

These are the only other wide shots of the shinju tree leading up to this possible feat . Clouds do seem to be there but not so sure about the swirling.

Those clouds are not swirling. So I guess Naruto did cause the clouds movements
