When he is destroyed by you and the other old dead people. His physical body is completely destroyed, but then hinted by Arngeir that Alduin was reborn in a different time/somewhere else and will later come back to fulfill his role as World Eater.

Would this count as low Godly regen due to his soul not being absorbed?

No, I think that reincarnation would count as Resurrection, not Regenerationn.
He didn't just drop dead, his entire physical form was destroyed, but he had regained it and reborn his form. And Zeed has mid godly regen when space and Time revives him + moon

Okay. I suppose that Low-Godly may be reasonable then.

Has the change been made?

Well, feel free to fix it.

Well, the problem is that Low-Godly Regenerationn implies that the ability can be used for combat purposes, so perhaps resurrection would be better after all?

Bill Cipher was completely erased, however AXOLOTL revives him, zips him to another time with a different form, and likely lost most of his powers.

Yet we still consider it for combat purposes. Alduin does not seem any different.

And still, when he dies. He screams;

"I AM IMMORTAL

I AM UNDYING"

And immortality can usually go from Mehrunes Dagon and Molag having low godly regen (Dragons are said to be mini et'Ada's) so I would consider it so.

Well, two wrongs do not make a right. Resurrection seems more appropriate in this case.

He used it so he could return and fufill his role as World Eater.

In fact, Arngeir did not specify that he was dead at all. Instead his physical body was destroyed but he somehow regained it

"Perhaps, perhaps not. Dragons are not like normal mortal creatures, and Alduin is unique even among dragonkind. He may be permitted to return at the end of time to fulfill his destiny as the World-Eater. But that is for the Gods to decide. You have done your part."

Okay, but the problem is that he did not display anything remotely approaching that level of Regenerationn diring the battle with the Dragonborn, so I still think that resurrection seems like the wiser choice.

Okay. Should be specified as complete resurrection.

Yes. Feel free to add the ability to his page.

No problem, and I will do so.
