Low 1-C if 6th dimensional

and if that new character is established at a certain tier before he lets say destroyes the infinite timelines it wouldn't affect his tier if he is already higher dimensional character

no, what i meant is, instead of havig to go through the effort of making a complex cosmology with a good plot, why not simply put in new charcters as higher dimensional ones
