Poppy Playtime downgrade

I have no idea how that even passed, but let's just go with it

The current reason for the 9-B rating is everyone scaling to the GrabPack, of which:
While this seems fine on it's on there is the main problem with this, which is the fact that IT IS NOWHERE STATED OR SHOWN IN THE ENTIRE GAME THAT THE GRABPACK CAN CRUSH A SKULL
Never, ever, in the history of forever
The crushing skulls claim is literally headcanon and made up, all the GrabPack was implied to do is be able to rip human heads, which is 9-C, not 9-B
And even if you want to argue that the GrabPack can crush skulls, crushing skulls in no longer 9-B
So no, Poppy Playtime characters (As of right now) are NOT 9-B, so downgrade them all to 9-C

Funny enough I also made a revision for Poppy Playtime. I agree, every character who was put at wall level for crushing human skulls (E.g. The Mountain) should be downgraded, however there was a feat done by Huggy Wuggy where he knocks a metal door down, but considering it took him a few strikes, it would also be a supporting feat for 9-C

I agree with the head-crush downgrade, but the issue is that when could we update the RfCF since it is still 9-B.
