Pony of Shadows

Can we scale all villains to the pony of shadows? Discord already has given us reason to believe that he is Low 2-C, the pony of shadows is confirmed Low 2-C, and most of the MLP villains scale to each other. My suggestion is that all Possibly Low 2-C villains of MLP get upgraded to straight up Low 2-C

A possibly just felt safest when upgrading the other people (Besides Discord). At the absolute best I can see a likely rating.
