Pony Island Downgrades

Well, according do this thread, Pony Island was agreed to be downgraded, with:


Theodore staying at Unknow tier


And The Devil and Hopeless Soul being Low 2-C


But the stats remain the same, will the changes be made?

No. That thread is seven month old. The changes should have been done by now but, apparently, there's some controversial status. Not sure though.
