Policy on Sundipped Superman?

It is my understanding that it is WIKI policy that Superman's various statistics do not include a section for his AP and other statistics after engaging in Sundips, what lead to this policy? I am not entirely in the know as it were but such things seem like a relevant piece of information to say include in Notes for VS discussions.

To my knowledge, his sundips are few and far between, and rarely does sitting in the sun boost his strength to a notable degree, considering not a single opponent would allow the Man of Steel to travel directly into his power source for more than a minute. The Wiki does not allow profiles or keys for characters and/or transformations and power-ups that only appear scarcely or have no noteworthy significant.
  • Please refrain from making profiles for characters with less than 20 appearances across comic books (approximately 2 years' worth of appearances) in regards to the Prime Marvel Universe and mainline DC continuity (Golden Age + Pre-Crisis + Post-Crisis + Post-Flashpoint + Rebirth) comics, unless they play an extremely important part in the overall plot and scaling of the characters, or are frequently mentioned by other media, as the constantly changing nature of their statistics make it hard for us to keep files updated as is.
    • For keys in existing profiles, and equipment files, one only requires at least 15 appearances across comic books, (approximately 1 year's worth of appearances), as opposed to 20.

Actually, sundip was agreed to get a higher tier. 4-B, higher with sundips but can't remember in which CRT it was and why no one bothered adding it.

But essentially,
his sundips are few and far between,
Cause he doesn't need to often. But having at least 3 in post crisis, one in N52 which led to the solar flare era, and the one from Snyder run... It's a power mechanism, so it's fine to be noted on the file.
and rarely does sitting in the sun boost his strength to a notable degree,
That is wrong. Every time he sundipped, his powers grew immensely. It even jumped tiers.

Yes, except we do take power mechanism into account and that doesn't fall under this rule. We cannot ignore power mechanism for the sake of not having enough appearances. That would cause a lot of indexing issues.

Yeah his profile should definitely mention he can his strength beyond its baseline level by absorbing more solar radiation. A simple “Higher with sundips” should be easy enough to add.

Agreed. I remember we agreed on it in this one thread but I can't remember where. I probably need to make a new CRT about it
