But she lock before Poemi does something (The time Manipulation doesn't seem to be Combat applicable), Mukuro start to Conceptual locking so
 
I love how the profile say that she can just Time accelerate and again, she start with what? because for now, you just list every abilities she has.

And yes, Conceptual locking (if you prefer, Sealing on a conceptual level)

There exist many other weird conceptual stuff on the wiki, sealing on a conceptual level isn't even surprising.

Hmmm you really don't understand:

Sealing abilities can be used to seals other things like power and other physicals stuff but can also seal other "abstract stuff", Mukuro's sealing literally seal (that mean lock/block any adjective you want) stuff, she can lock memories, space time, the target's function and even the rotation of a planet, her power work on a conceptual level since she can affect stuff like that, her lock even locked all memories which related to shidou in the whole planet.

You think sealing is just like a Mafuba, yes but mukuro's sealing is different (and sealing by definition can be used like that).
 
...What the hell? That sounds like multiple powers and not just sealing, but it also sounds a little wanked. Since the rotation of the planet is 5-C and she's 6-C.

Not since it's hax, her power is based on sealing she can do this via hax, her tier is not affected

and nope, her abilities is just Sealing, but she can use this abilities to do shit like that.
