So my analysis:

Their AP and durability is the same
speed is equal anyway
Megafox0 has fighting skills of assasin(?) and acrobatics while Plumber has unspecified martial arts
Megafox0 seems to be slightly smarter
Plumber has fire attacks nad Megafox0 is apparently weak to extreme heat (not clear how extreme the heat needs to be though)
Plumber seems to have better range (tens of meters vs several meters)
Megafox0 has much greater lifting strength, he might squash Plumber in h2h if he grapples

They both seem to be incon against each other
 
I updated Megafox’s page btw, changed the explanation for martial arts cause it didn’t make sense before
