Can Plot mp layered like other haxs?For example

Let's say a story is a reality level 1 story and only those who are at reality level 1 are affected by this story
and let the level of reality 2 be insurmountable and inaccessible compared to the level of reality 1, we need to be at the level of reality 2 to reach it

That's more about state of existence. I believe scaling-chain only work at same (apex or baseline) level of reality.
Suppose story 1 either 6-D or 1-A. Even if they have multilayered hax and resistance by the dozen or hundreds, one dimensional or higher layer of reality from story 2 will bypass it.
And the story 2 profile will be PnA(Types, Tier)

Yeah, that would just bea State of existence. if both realities are discontinuous then it would just be level 1 is 1-A and level 2 is 1 layer above baseline 1-A.

by default, the lower cannot affect the higher with anything less regardless of what hax or ability it is as long as it only exist in the lower reality

I think it can be if its not a true R>F plot manipulation.

But I rarely see instances of Layered Plot manip to give examples. Since the other example I know has levels of R>F in it which falls under 1-A tierring layers than actual ability layers
