Jin’s movement speed with Bo-Bup way of walking is high enough that he can do stuff like move tens to hundreds of meters fast enough that people who are as fast or faster than him can’t see it or can only take a single action. So Happy’s range advantage won’t do enough here either. We can probably move on in the tournament.
For the match, my vote goes to Jin.
