I've previously made the calc below, but I've been told it's mostly a light show and shouldn't be used.

Mass of Moon = 7.34767309*10^22 kg

Mass of Mercury 3.3011*10^23 kg

Radius of Earth = 6371000 m

Radius of Moon = 1737100 m

Radius of Mercury = 2439700 m

Moon Density = 3.34 g/cm^3 = 3340 kg/m^3

Formulas​

Sphere Volume = 4/3 * pi * R^3

Kinetic Energy = .5 * mass(kg) * velocity(m/s)^2

KE = .5 * (Mass of Planet + Volume of Moon*Density of Moon) * (Blast Radius*Planet Radius/13/Blast Time)^2

Conclusions​

Vegeta's Anime only feat ranges from Dwarf Star level to Large Star, but I would put my vote on Dwarf Star level.
