I think Piposh might be more skilled than Saitama since this is a Pre-Training key Saitama plus Piposh has Martial Arts which could give Saitama some trouble here when it comes to CQC.

Though Saitama has Better LS and AP Piposh has the weapons, skill, Intelligence, and abilities advantage, plus he does have Electricity Manipulation which he does use in character.
It’s possible saitama’s willpower could let him shrug the electricity for a bit but do we have to worry too much about the abilities considering he’s in-character?

He doesn't use a lot of his abilities in character it's either:
A: He goes hand to hand
B: Weapons
C: Electricity Manipulation to incap
I think saitama has a chance of incapping him. Is it possible to knock Piposh unconscious. I know he can survive without oxygen but would he still fall unconscious if you held him in a chokehold?

I still think this is a stomp. If it comes down to h2h, then there is no way Saitama will lose. He already has physical advantage but the main problem is his supernatural willpower and reactive evolution. That said, Piposh has immortality and transmutation. If he wins, he wins. If he gets killed over and over, then he will inevitably use his transmutation. There is simply no scenario Saitama actually wins.

How long does it take for piposh to regenerate attacks? He has At least Low-Mid, Likely High-Mid regen To beyond fatal stuff, idk if oneshotting him will put him under 24 hr regenerative period especially if he's still intact....
He takes a few seconds to regenerate

If that's the case, saitama cannot win here in any way shape or form. Piposh simply regenerates after every oneshot even if saitama is jumping him and gets threatened after a time to the point he resorts to transmutating saitama as stated above. Aka this is a stomp in Piposh's favour due to his regeneration, immortality & transmutation which saitama can't bypass.
