Pidgey vs Hoothoot

Most of what Pidgey has, Hoothoot has as well. Main difference is that Hoothoot has psychic abilities, superior status effect inducement in the move Supersonic which confuses the opponent, Keen Eye so that accuracy-lowering moves/abilities won't help Pidgey and superior intelligence.
