Physical Attack potency

Say a character like the ones from Nipponverse for instance. Have the physical attack power to destroy a universe with a punch.

Does this in a way give you a form of conceptual manipulation due to being able to via sheer power destroy the universe and thus the concepts embodied in that universe? or do those concepts transcend said universe in a way?

We don't consider universe busting as destroying concepts without the verse basically explicitly saying that (which in the process just gives them the feat).
