Basically added a bunch of abilities granted to him by his gadgets.

Although, I also removed Magic. The Way of the Platypus is from a non-canon genre-parody episode, and blatantly not something the real Perry has.

Other than that, everything has a justification, and I can point to the specific episode they appear in if need-be.

I think that's everything that needs acknowledging?

In my opinion, the simplest conclusions that can be drawn -I haven't checked any of the links- is that Perry has a bunch more Equipment to list. Also, some of the stuff -Like carrying Inators or throwing Doofenshmirtz- can be calculated as Lifting Strength feats; He's currently rated at Unknown Lifting Strength.

There's also this:

• While encased in ice, rocks the ice back and forth hard enough to knock a cup of coffee off a table several meters away

What is that? Toon Force? Resistance to Ice Manipulation for being able to move while encased in ice? Lifting Strength?

The one where he gets from the Flynn-Fletcher house to Doof Inc. is particularly interesting to me. The issue is apparently these two have seemingly never been in a frame together.

Resistance to Fear Manipulation and Extreme Heat

Superhuman Lifting Strength

To Perry with Equipment, I added:

Surface Scaling

Explosion Manipulation

Hammerspace

Energy Projection

Acid Manipulation

Pain Manipulation/Biological Manipulation

Magnetism Manipulation

Information Analysis

Hacking/Data Manipulation

Animal Manipulation/Summoning

Resistance to Age Manipulation

Things I removed, due to them being tied to The Way of the Platypus, which is a non-canon ability:
