There's no reason to assume so since it's not an actual weapon used in the game. It's just a part of one of the skins

It can be boosted if you want then. I just put it as street level since I don't recall the skin allowing him to use it. May be wrong though.

If he cannot use it as a weapon in the game, it should probably be removed.

Okay, so I just double-checked the game. He "technically" uses the sword, as the Stephano skin doesn't stomp on the opponents, instead plunging the sword downward
