So from what I can gather, Guido can reflect Deadshot's gunshots with his power on top of being able to aim for him to get precise aim. And he's survived getting gunned down before, which could lead Deadshot to drop his guard until he gets his brains blown out. I'll vote for guido here.

This should go to Guido. At this distance and with the angle changing of his Stand, he's gonna be hitting first while they are both in cover. Especially since Will Sm- *Ahem* Deadshot is only 9-C. He has no reason not to go for a lethal hit.
