Peppa is either 113.74 J or 796.16 J while Baby is most likely slightly lower than 1222.83 J, so Baby has either a 10.75x or a 1.54x AP difference. So either barely important or a complete one shot. Baby has the mobility advantage considering that Peppa's like half-submerged in water. All Peppa can do is jump really, while Baby can much more easily ram her and swim away.
