Somehow 106 breaches containment and goes to Derry to do what he likes to do: Kill people. But in the town there's another supernatural killer who is annoyed by the Old Man's presence. Then u know the rest, they fight to the death!

Pennywise in Low 2-C

Battle takes place in 106's pocket dimension

Who wins and why?

99% sure that 106 isn't Low 2-C inside his dimension.
Well, he's unknown and can manipulate time, space and perception. That's nice hax. If it's a stomp in IT's favour i will put 106 against Freddy Krueger, both who are unknown tiers and in their respective dimensions are really OP. But first let's see how THIS thread goes...

IT stomps.

Not only is its Low 2-C form too powerful for 106 to deal with; it's most likely too big to fit in 106's dimension to begin with. It quite literally encompasses a parallel universe and the spacetime of it, which is far larger than anything I can recall being pulled into 106's pocket reality.

But, let's assume the old guy has managed to bring the space-clown's true form into his home court. The fight ends the moment he looks at ITs true form, the mere sight of which will drive him out of his mind immediately. If we decide to be generous and say "oh, well what if that doesn't happen?", then it simply uses its mindhax to accomplish the same goal, ending the fight by either mind-controlling 106 or wiping his memory like it did to the entire town of Derry.

Old Man has no way to win in this scenario. Penny has multiple ways to end the fight in a heartbeat, whereas 106 can't even harm it due to the latter having Low 2-C durability and being omnipresent on a fully universal scale. (106 in his own dimension is omnipresent, but not to the same degree)

Also, Freddy Krueger VS SCP-106 was done already. Everyone agreed that the scenario involved too much speculation to result in anything other than an inconclusive.
