Pennywise (Avatar form) VS Classic Dr. Strange

So, Pennywise, in the form of his earthly avatars is ranked in the 7 tier range. His true form is 1-A within the Macroverse.

If Pennywise were to manifest on earth via his avatar, to what degree, I'd any, could Classic Dr. Strange defeat him? It is said that Pennywise can only be banished via the Ritual of Chud; however, if the two universes meshed, then Classic Strange has the ability to tap in to a near endless supply of magical forces; merging himself and his powers with other worldly beings.

Could Dr. Strange banish Pennywise and seal him away? Could Strange trap him in another dimension, locking him away for good?

I'd say he easily could.

Classic Doctor Strange has taken on the likes of The Inbetweener and banished SHuman Gorath.

Pennywise in avatar form is nowhere near this power level. Strange banishes Pennywise with the wave of a hand and seals him back in the Macroverse.
