How powerful is Orianna's magnetism manipulation? How good is she at controlling it?

It's more magnetic fields and electromagnetic pulses than manipulating the magnetism of metal itself, but condisering a decent chunk of her moveset consists of these abilities i'd say she's very skilled at using it.

Me thinks Orianna takes this due to Penny's weakness of Magnetism Manipulation, and the fact that she has a defensive edge with forcefield usage. Her spells do have cooldowns, but if she can use her powers wisely, i think she has this.
