The "At least" means it may be higher, the "+" means it is in the high end of the tier, almost Large Island.

there is the drain vitality shout and the marked for death both dont attack the soul but it does drain ones life force or vitality not necessarily a soul cuz if you drain my life force or vitality you arre not necessarily draining my soul ( i know life force is a gray area but there is an argument there like mostly if it it can drain what ever energy is animateing her due to her lack of a soul ) also there is the storm call shout she gets peltted with bolts of lightning constatly there is also ice from which might freeze her also call of valor that can summon va dude to fight with you also on that the dragon aspect shout not only does it increase his attack and deffence it also summons a dude to help you ( only when your health drops to 50% or lower but still) dragon aspect also reduces cool down for all shouts so he can uae other shouts more offten down side is for dragon aspect is that it only last 5 min and can only be used once a day the dragon bore also has invisibility and paralysis spells and dragon hide spell to help with physical damage
