Patry's last key doesn't make sense

His last key says he's stronger than before(as strong as Licht) for the fact that he becomes the owner of Licht's body.
However i have some problems with this:
-There is no statement of Patry getting stronger.
-Magic in Black Clover is tied to the soul not the body so changing the body shouldn't make you stronger/weaker
-Licht's body was a clone of Patry's/William's body so even if magic was based on the body that would just mean Licht was as strong as Patry.

Litch physical body contain an innumerable amount of magical power, even before the soul of litch descended in that body, yuno and his spirit and the other's find it's mana releasing a very shocking.. also you're wrong the only thing tied to their soul is their respective elemental magic and not their magical mana or whatsoever.

Licht's soul was already in that body it just wasn't awakened.

No, your mana amount is tied to your soul that's why people become stronger when they got possessed by the elve's souls and why Magna was able to steal 50% of Dante's power by linking their souls.

No, your mana amount is tied to your soul that's why people become stronger when they got possessed by the elve's souls and why Magna was able to steal 50% of Dante's power by linking their souls.

Not really it stated several times that they can still feel the mana of those eleves, even after the elves souls, is already gone... Which at least indicting that it's not actually, internally tied to their soul, but to their physical body.

The souls of the elves were already inside the bodies of the people they possessed just dormant but Licht's body had no previous soul so his mana being sensed makes sense.

The characters feeling the mana of the elves doesn't necessarily mean the power is based in the body since two souls were on the same body and the elves' souls leaving traces of their power in the souls of the humans is as likely as the your theory if it weren't for the fact that there's more consistent statements of the mana amount being tied to the soul.

Nah. I forgot which chapter it was but it's the time where patry tells his story about reincarnation you can see at that chapter, the souls of elves is freely lying all over the kingdom, no physical body or whatsoever just bubble flying all across the kingdom.

In the recent chapters we learn that Licht's son soul reincarnated in Yuno when he was still a baby.

Zagred could still use magic even as a soul. It's just that when they were souls they weren't conscious.
