Probably Cirno.

Patience's combat experience is overall lacking, she didn't really do much fighting in her past and has only really been in one fight in the present (which she lost). While Patience has some potent hax (Reality Warping, Molecule Manipulation), she hasn't demonstrated it in any combat applicable way yet, so I'm not sure if that can help her.
