Teleportation spam could be a problem, although Papyrus is likely one of the few monsters who's familiar with teleportation, given his brother's abilities.

I don't think he's ever seen Sans fight or witness any of his abilities before though, he always regards him as a lazy Brother.

Though, again, I don't want to jump the gun here too much. Soul Manipulation is a big deal here, which can just ignore dura+ Danmaku.

The only thing here that Starman has is his elemental abilities+Teleportation.

Sans also uses teleportation outside of combat a lot, so I'd imagine Papyrus has seen this before.

Ok, uh, intellect. Erm, would he still put that knowledge of teleportation to use however? He's not the brightest when it comes to tactics, whereas Starman was able to disguise himself as a human to fool others and work at a hotel once in EBB iirc (he would try to attack Ninten at night)

This is basically whoever shoots first wins. Freeze would basically end Papyrus but considering Papyrus is actually very skilled at fighting and Starman's lack of resistance to soul manip, i'd also say it's likely he gets blue moded and danmaku'd if Papy catches him. I'd say Sharman is more clever and teleportation makes it difficult but Papy still has a decent chance of catching him off once while Papy could also dodge PK Freeze. Plus the blue bones are intangible so Sharman can't knock them away.

This is a really close but since it's both likely they hit each other I'm going with incon. Either Papy soul manips or Starman freezes

Papyrus isn't ecactly weak to ice. He has no organs to freeze to boot, so the only remaining problem would be the ice being around him, making him unable to move.

But I'm pretty damn sure most 9f his bones don't need his movements, much like how blue mode doesn't.

Aldo, paps does claim that hr is annoiyed with sans bending soacetime to skip his traps, but he's not exactly equipped againt TP despite knowing about it.
