If Papyrus even remotely knows how to fight he probably murks Dan, his whole gimmick is that he has like no fighting ability.

I never played Undertale so I have no idea. all I know is that Dan has like one real win in Street Fighter's whole canon and that was because the other guy took a fall.

Papyrus was somewhat trained by Undyne who is the best royal guard in the mountain to the point where she was able to knock down Asgore who has fought wars and has thousands of years of experience. Papayrus was considered really tough by undyne and i don't mean tough in the head.
Considering in SBA Papyrus will turn Dan's soul blue and spam bones which should give em the win.
