In regards to Pac-Man, I think we should add a key for "Golden Fruit Pac-Man", and say something like

City Level (Defeated Spooky, who was able to conjure a storm with his magic )

Actually, I don't know what the yield would be, but it has lightning and the generic calc is City so I just said that.

Well, he causes the storm by waving his wand around, and then proceeds to fire magic spells out of said wand directly at Pac, who tanks it.

I think it could be AP.

Fair enough. But yeah, the standard storm runs at Low 7-B, as per the standard storm calculation.

I assumed it was a case of strong instability, given they're literally fighting in a tornado with lightning flashing all around and such.
