To be fair I'm sure PAC-Man would still have some power ups with him, possibily intangibility at least considering that he's pretty known for that.

Though he seems to have quite a few ways to put down Dio.

both characthers has a a lot of good power,is hard to say, but with the power-ups, pac-man can be invunerable for some time, and this will take down dio
