Honestly, peace is out of the question since CH is bloodlusted by standard, but I can see them realizing that both sides have too much nuclear power and that a battle between them would end all life on Earth; then something like this happens.

Both of them would 100% be stacking the entire office and the building around it with nukes. Reason being, that's the best chance they have at winning. It's basically Mutually Assured Destruction- they know they are both screwed in the fight, so they both pull out the big guns and just end up with a forced incon.

Because neither of them can do a better outcome. If Composite Human doesn't bring maximum equipment, he'll die to Oxy. If Oxy doesn't bring maximum equipment, he'll die to Composite Human.

Basically, it would be too risky for them both not to bring a crap load of nukes. Even if they didn't, they'd both just explode from all the bombs they placed around eachother.

They're not gonna be bringing nukes to such a closed location like this any time soon; nukes were made to be used from far away, exploding them while in the same building is suicide, they're trying to win, not kill themselves, big difference; heck, if you want to argue that they don't care about surviving, then they wouldn't stop due to Mutually Assured Destruction, they would just keep going; smaller bombs are probably fine tho.
