Maybe if Dumbledore had prep time and a vial of felix felicis he'd stand a chance. Otherwise, Ozpin speedblitzes and hits him a thousand times before Dumbledore can react.

In case of equalied speed Dumbledore has an andvantage thanks to teleportation . In such case tp->Avada could do whole job alone . Even if we consider Albus unlikely to cast Avada he may use Petrificus Totallus for example. If speed is not equalized Ozpin blitzez horribly. In HP verse speed alongsinde with attack potency are quite poor, but this verse can outhax (does that word exist?) RWBY easily

Equilized (Albus is fast as Ozpin)
stupefy stupefy stupefy goddamit how are you dodging these... Albus is old so his endurance is more poor. He could run ahead of Ozpin while firing back spells, but eventually I'm sure Ozpin could out do him.
