aura (and magic) are powers coming from the soul and sanses magic and powers come from the soul, and its not like it makes it a stomp for either side

Aura isn't the soul. It's just a projection of the soul to a certain extent. That's like me saying all RWBY characters can damage the soul.

You can't just equalize things like that. That's the equivalent of me equalizing Haki with Magic which is a big no no. You'd need to find multiple similarities between the two energies in order to equalize them.

Thats not what youre doing though. Aura isnt the soul, so claiming that through verse equalization it would equate to soul damage is false

magic and haki dont have anything in common. they both come from the soul and can protect teh user from dammage. plus both magic energies come from the soul

ok, you do know what the definition of Karma is? It either rewards you or punishes you based of what you did previously. That's basically how Sans's KARMA (official name, not Karmic Retribution) works. So, since this KR is based on your LV, the higher the LV, the more KR. Since there is no confirmation that Oz has killed anyone, AND that there is no confirmation that he CAN TELEPORT MID BATTLE (emphasis on MID BATTLE), Oz would win.
