How much time does it take if a Regeneration is said to be "Overtime"??

For example, High-Godly

Say a few seconds or minutes, would it still be considered as "Overtime".

Typically when something is written as "over time", it means that the regeneration isn't normally usable in a combat setting. Someone could come back from bisection in a matter of minutes and that be okay but could take them a day to recover from being turned into a puddle, but by then the fight was already over.

Yeah this profile that have "Over time" in wording means they CAN regenerate but the time in which they do it, the fight will be over according to SBA
Some with high godly or mid godly it takes them years to recover or a millennial so yeah that's the reason for it
