Actually Ruby can pass through stuff with her Semblance now (If I remember correctly), and she's capable of one shotting as well. So I don't believe Chisaki stomps.

She's literally passed through walls and people with her Semblance, even using it to escape someone's grip.

Would Kai's quirk even work on Ruby? It required direct contact which stuff like clothing can stop and Ruby is constantly covered by a forcefield that protects her. Wouldn't that stop it from just killing her?
