Pretty sure that's not how its works, this is the equivalent of Alien X being harmed by a rollercoaster. Could be wrong though.

It's water vs someone made of fire. I think Overflow has a pretty good chance here

A lot of this battle depends on many things how hot are the flames? Are the flames hot enough on the level of the surface of the sun? What is the potency?
The freezing potency of overflow can be seen from this calculation.

Omni enhanced version of overflow uses Flight along with Water + Electro Combo attacks (from Shock Rocks DNA).
From all of the attacks that are mentioned on his profile in this version the most effective one I see here is ice in slavement. However this totally depends on how hot that girl is, If she is hard enough then she can simply just melt through.
Also does she has resistance against electricity if not then those are texts would be able to harm her.
So far now we have restriction + electric attacks as a win con (IF she does not have resistance to those)

- Cyro-Hydrokinesis: Omni-Enhanced Overflow can shoot Ice combined with water blasts from his hands for a powerful combo attack.
- Ice Cannons: Omni-Enhanced Overflow can shoot massive ice blasts from his cannons.
- Water Cannon: Omni-Enhanced Overflow can shoot massive water blast much like his base form form his cannons.
- Air Cannon: Omni-Enhanced Overflow can shoot air blast form his cannons to blow away

Pretty sure that in her Low 6-B key, Finn was perfectly fine when he just wrapped himself up with tin foil. I doubt that her 5-A key is going to make her evaporate everything Overflow throws at her. This scene is one where ordinary water completely neutralizes her. So Overflow definitely has a chance here
