Overestimated and Underestimated verses

To gather data for a blog I am creating, I want to know what verses that are underestimated and overestimated in your opinion. I have created a poll on google docs of tekkung me why do you think that said verse is underestimated or overestimated.
You can even post your thoughts here if you like.

In general I say the elder scrolls verse

Majority of people scale TES by the games only and most dont even know the lore so its hella downplayed

The only place that i have seen legit uses the lore etc. Is vs wiki

From what I heard, people wanked the magic resistances and the hax of the verse. This response shows it well:
"Whenever I come across a SDS debate, people tend to overestimate both the power and the hax. no matter the character they are pitted against, it is either "character x doesn't have the hax to resist character y" (mostly when pitted against physically superior characters) or "character x isn't strong enough to handle character y" (mostly when pitted against superior hax characters)."
 
Anyways my personal underrated verses were Persona and Dragon Ball (I know, shocking to see someone think it's underestimated) and my overestimated verses were Mortal Kombat (I couldn't think of a game so I just clicked on a random one) and One Punch Man (which I explained why).
 
Bungou Stray Dogs is easily one of the most underrated animes I've ever seen (It has its issues, but that's what you get with adaptations from the much better light novel). Still, the anime is a 10/10.
 
I've seen a guy saying that Dante from Black Clover is a planet buster because he created a magical Black Hole wyich they assumed was exactly the same as a real Black Hole.

That dummy, i don't want to think that anyone believes that current BC is even remotely above tier 6
 
I have seen a guy who said East Blue luffy can knock around Bijuu like ping pong balls and another who said that the attack Ussop used on Luffy back at water 7 was equal to a jubbidama in DC
I have seen people thinking One piece God tiers are below mountain level as well
So as always it depends where you are
 
Overestimated is probably Marvel or DC. There ARE legitimate Tier 3/2 feats, however, they're very few and far between, and don't scale to nearly as many characters as people might expect. Heck, the current 4-B scaling is a bit too generous for some characters (such as Aquaman and Wonder Woman).

There are plenty of statements and showings of Diana not being that power. Power Girl, while holding back, tremendously overpowered her (though Diana still won via skill) and Reverse Flash once clamed that a terribly depowered Superman (who was STILL holding back) was still on whole other level then both Diana and Aquaman, technically an alt-world story but clearly intended to reflect the main continuity. She's a far better fighter then him, which si where her edge comes into play, but she is not physically as strong as him.
She's also much faster than him, so that' pretty cool at least.

I mean that I always see people who don't even believe goku's 4D and that he caps out at finite universal at best, those same people usually also believe GT > Super.
