Can the world of Outerversal have 2D 3D buildings? Does this negate the fact that the world is outerversal?

Outerversal just mean a change of "quality" regarding the reality itself. Technically, you could have infinite layers of realities (1-A+) with each layer having their own dimensions. As in, two different realities can be "3D" while one would just be a regular universe and the other a 1-A world.
