I have another question regarding this.
Athena herself isn't Tier 1, she only has 5D HDE (Without the size comparison statements she can't be Tier 1 despite having statements for transcendence and higher existence bullcrap), would it still be smurf?

These are topics that have already been discussed. If you look at the General CRT 2 revision and look at the WoG emotes supported by the verse, 5-D comes off easily considering that the pre-hope Kratos in the verse, who can also interact with 4-D, cannot interact with Athena.
And I have no idea why we're discussing the topic months ago now.

He is right, if Athena isn't 5D/tier 1 then this thread is useless as it isn't smurf hax or anything.
I learned because this is the same case we had with DMC when it first got the 9D souls stuff and we only got HDE but no smurf shit.

Athena has 5D HDE. She just doesn't have L1-C AP.
And Athena having 5D HDE already makes PoH a smurf

For a Tier 1 upgrade, perhaps a later revision can be opened or discussed right now. But the Smurfs have nothing to argue about, because it's clear. Lordgriffin has already said the rules on this matter himself.

Exactly like how we had 9D HDE but not smurf shit. Like I said, this thread is basically useless without it.
The hax isn't 5D nor does it become smurfy or gets layers or anything, you'll only get the ability to interact with such beings.

Nahhh. The 9-D panels were nuked and they were taking scale while the 9-D panels were. Don't derail the revision... The reason why DMC was the strongest 1-C/9-D while was not only because of its AP also its 9-D hax layers. The reason your 9-D hax is gone is because the game with 9-D scans is no longer considered canon and everything from the phone game is removed.

It should be. A characters Higher Dimensional Existence doesn't hing on their tier. She would have a 5-D form which makes her a Smurf regarding her nature but unless something is shown regarding her power, it's not tier 1 in terms of power.
