Mind Manipulation is performed by supernatural means (since the Mind isn't physical after all), because then that would be Brain Manipulation (which actually manipulates the mind by physical means), which can be used by characters with Biological Manipulation if they're skilled enough to.
So remember to avoid making that misconception.
Toonforce is based on the manipulation of logic, an associated power of Reality Warping and the manipulation of specific laws, which indirectly affects the concepts of what the law is based on & not the actual manipulation of said concept that is being affected, there's a clear difference. So that's an inaccurate example as well.
Dimension Manipulation is too broad to be described under Mathematics Manipulation, which is why it has its own page and it can still be added as a subset too just like how Elemental Manipulation does it with its subsets (ex: Earth Manipulation, Fire Manipulation and etc.) and you aren't required to describe the entire description about the power on the page.
That involves creating your own kinetic energy and projecting it towards objects physically (any 3-D being can do this to an extent) but however, you're not actually manipulating it to be used for other purposes, which is why this isn't considered as Kinetic Energy Manipulation like how using your physical strength to punch forward to project air isn't automatically Air Manipulation.
