othinus has 3 keys, i guess you mean the 2C one because the others would be stomp,

othinus wins,

according to scarlet witchs profile she has reality warping, probability manipulation and spells (no idea what they can do...), othinus has the same and more feats so she takes it...

Othinus has the advantage due to better reactions/attack speed (so she gets the first strike), wider range of powers and better Durability. Plus since Scarlet Witch is a living human Othinus can just control her mind and kill her. I don't know how strong Scarlet Witch's probability manipulation is, but Othinus with Gungnir should be able to make the big chance she has of winning the battle happen 10 times out of 10.
