Oscar has met a lot of unsavory characters in his time, but never a serial killer. How will he fair?

• Fight takes place in a small hotel room (Something like this)
• Jeff has his knife
• Both start on opposite sides of the room
• Both have decent knowledge on each other

Both are baseline Athlete Level, though Oscars durability scales slightly higher than his AP

So Oscar has talked down people who have killed others in the past before and if that was to somehow fail, i fail to see what jeff could do against being pepper sprayed, especially given that he's already blind in one eye, an info that Oscar should have

So either Oscar talks him down or Oscar blinds him and proceeded to beat him down. It might take a while due to his pain tolerance, but Oscar could also just straight up take Jeff's knife to finish the job if need be
