Best guess, he'd kind of try to do what he did with Clyde, where he just tries to calm him down from a fight, something like "No matter what happens in this fight, you'll either be dead or behind bars, police could easily find your DNA on me and arrest you, and you'll be lucky if you only get life" or something along those lines

If that doesn't work, he'll probably go for intimidation. Seeing how Jack is under witness protection, he's living under the governments incredibly close watch, so the government will know almost instantly that Jack is dead, and he'd probably circle back to the prior point.

If he finds out Nore is apart of the D-Mob's Crew, he might be able to talk him into letting him be a supplier of drugs for their group, as that's what he did to get into Reggie & Clydes good graces for years.

Any of these could make Nore pourposefully forfit the fight as Jack talked him out of it and give Jack the win. Unless Nore has resistance to SI or something, than this should work as Jack opens with it and is incredibly good at talking people like Nore out of fighting him

Well...Nore seem to dont care about drugs as all he care was fighting as street fighter

he love fighting and had fun doing it

he dont want to kill or being aggresive as he want to fight for fun as D mob crew
