Order of Frieza's 3-A AP Keys

Apologies if this isn't where this thread belongs.

Anyway, I was looking at Frieza's profile and I noticed that it has his scaling to Goku based on their fights in his last key and his ToP fights in his second to last.

That seems like the wrong order?
