This might a bit tricky. Terrarian doesn't really have any way to get past High-Mid Regen here and because of corrosion, Terrarian needs to keep distance from Gerudo. With speed equalized, Terrarian can perhaps keep the distance with rod of discord but draining your own health like that is probably not the smartest move in the long run.
On the other hand, Terrarian's great utility advantage is not to be underestimated...
