With this, Half Monster Garou before fighting Overgrown Rover will scale to MHS.

While fighting against Rover, Garou overcame death and had an explosive boost of strength and speed. Not only that but he evolved while fighting against Orochi as well, visibly growing in speed.

The difference after overcoming death is shown to be vastly superior compared to before. The difference is 1.21x. The characters who scales to or above Garou after this moment should scale to baseline MHS+

BoS characters in Alien Arc should have MHS reaction speed as they reacted to the attack and even having a talk while it was happening.

Edit: Characters (Mainly S-Class and Cardres) who doesn't scale to that Garou will scale to MHS from the calc of Psykos and Tanktop Master.

I personally see no problem with this except the 1.21x difference. Where does that come from exactly if you could explain? Everyone scaling to baseline MHS+ seems okay ig, it doesn't push the numbers too far.

Ship's elevation seems a bit high, it eclipsing the cirrostratus clouds which doesn't illustrated near to that.

I disagree with this. The distance between the cannon and the characters is too far. There’s no evidence that they reacted immediately when the cannon fired at a distance of 1 meter. We can see a high-speed jet approaching us from far away, but that doesn’t mean we can react to it in time immediately when it’s start close to us.

Like I said in DMs, I think the Garou calc is relatively fine, only the slowmo argument being possibly sketchy by idrc so I think that should work.

Idk about the ship tho. I agree with Second22 that the characters are super far from the ship so them reacting to it is not really much different from us watching a supersonic jet fly in the sky. I'm pretty sure the S class and even as low as A class heroes should probably be MHS but this really isn't a good argument for it

You could calculate how much it traveled and how much fast they would have to be to react there.

It wouldn't be calc stacking because it happened in the same scene.

Tanktop Master and Puri Puri prisoner doesn't scale to Garou's calc, though Puri Puri Prisoner will get MHS+ reaction speed. Same for Child Emperor as he was able to react to Homeless's Emperor's energy balls. Phoenix man fully scales as he blitz Child Emperor and his costume.

I applied it to many of them, though i'm stuck at some of the scaling chain. Puri Puri Prisoner scales to MHS+ reaction speed, he gets blitzed by Nyan. Drive Knight scales to him, and Psykos gets the scaling from him. But it seemingly affects Tanktop Master as well?

Bigger ones are seemingly slower.

Smaller one blitzes Vomited furher ugly while base version can dodge the bigger ones.

no because he throws them at the same speed as the small ones and there is nothing that specifies that the larger spheres are thrown slower than the small spheres technically all of the homeless emperor's light attacks go at the same speed
so unless there is nothing that specifies it even the big one that launches practically instant against Child emperor is mhs+ or mhs if you want to define them below the speed of the small spheres
in any case the rest of the characters need to be updated
some I have already mentioned and some you mentioned in your list above and also you need to add the mhs calc of Boros' ship in the verse page
