It should be, the requirements for BDE only mention spatial dimensions, not temporal ones.

Yeah thats the thing, it's being unbounded by spatial dimensions but isn't completely unbounded from time
Though they can't be killed by just going back in time and killing them when they are weak and is still within reality if someone go back to before time start and basically stop the verse from being created they still die
