Well, Jeff has Type 2 Immortality so he could take quite a few shots. He is a skilled knife user also, and nothing is stopping him from throwing it like he did in his match with Slenderman. This Jeff is also a good stratigist too

Pico does have an AP and LS advantage though so if things get up close, he will be able to overpower and pretty much ragdoll Jeff around.

I think Pico takes this with pretty high difficulty as Jeff will be close to impossible to take down, but Pico's better AP and LS should help with that, and he can retreat to a further range if needed to keep shooting Jeff
