Well I think that franchise need some upgrades based in the size of the cities, the cities have Country Size:

@cropfist you right, but what about desarter levels? Like City level desarter, Cities in that verse are Countries

I think most OPM characters are scaled off a calc that yielded 11~ Megatons, I could be wrong, however.

For be honest, by feats the most of S class heroes are just building to multi city block. The tier that they are is just based in the moster level desarters that they killed. And it can be wrong if we look the real size of Cities in that verse.

The Disaster levels are as follows

Wolf: A group or being that poses a threat

Tiger: A threat endargering a great number of people

Demon: A threat to a whole city

Dragon: A threat to multiple cities

God: A threat to all of humanity

The meteor was labled as a Dragon level threat as it would've destroyed City Z and the surrounding towns. However it destroying the entire region is questionable, since we see that City-Z doesn't occupy the entire area as some super-city. Also if it would've destroyed the entire area, wouldn't it be like the KT impactor? The amount of dust that would've been kicked up from such an impact would be an excention level event.

OPM's cities may be far bigger than real life ones, but no monster besides Boros has demonstrated the ability to destroy an entire city in one attack. They're merely said to be "threats" to a city. And only portions that are the size of actual cities get destroyed by these monsters typically.

The reason OPM monsters are listed as city level is not cause of the fact they're said to be able to destroy a city. It's because one of the weaker characters in the series performed a City level feat, which nearly everyone scales to.

Umm no. No monster in OPM besides Boros has ever shown to be able to destroy an entire city in one attack. AP vs DC is when characters with shown feats of powerful attacks have low area of effect. Like planetbusters who don't even destroy a building during their fights.

You need an actual feat in order to say they're that level but their AoE is low. It's like me saying Kirito is Country level yet his lack of DC makes all his best feats Large Building level.

Maybe if more monsters have shown able to destroy these country level cities, then we'd say they're that level. But as of now one monster that only 2 people in the series scale to has done so. So none of the other monsters or S-Classes are going to get that rating.

I agree with you Ryukama, but since the Size of Cities(at least in the images) are Country size, We can assume that Demon monsters( who are : A threat to multiple cities, so have more than City level in dedtruction) are at least Country level?

Being considered a threat to multiple cities is not the same as being able to destroy an entire country in one attack. Threatening something doesn't have to be pure destruction. It can be killing large amounts of civililians, causing lots of money to repair damages, casuing chaos amongst scared people, etc.

If someone can produce 11 megatons of force in a single casual attack, of course a country's going to view them as a threat. Especially if they go around spamming that attack. One doesn't have to be able to one shot one of these cities to be considered a threat to them.

And Dragon levels are threats to multiple cities, not Demons.
