One Punch Man: Pri-Pri Prisoner Speed Upgrade

This is a very simple CRT. In chapter 115 of One-Punch Man, Pri-Pri Prisoner (PPP) encounters a sleeping Garou. Garou's sleeping body instinctively attacked PPP in order to protect itself, but PPP was able to block in time with his Bristle Armor.

Thus, PPP should have his Monster Association Arc key's speed upgraded to Massively Hypersonic+.

As support for his MHS+ rating, in chapter 154, PPP was able to react to a casual Platinum Sperm in order to protect Child Emperor, Genos, and Tatsumaki.

Garou in this state was capable of outspeeding Darkshine to some extent. Darkshine only hit him because he did a 360˚ punch.

All that scan shows is that he moved more skillfully, which is already stated by Darkshine. It has nothing to do with speed.
