Shouldn't the Haki page get open for editing aswell?
As the OP suggested, with Marco's recovery upgrade so would the regeneration negation of haki be upgraded too, as it's based on Marco not healing the wound Garp's haki infused punch gave him during the Summit War and even in WB & Ace's furneral after the war.
